Director’s Biography




The mission of the Holm Center Support Directorate (SD) is to deliver innovative, timely, synergistic support to all Holm Center mission sets. SD supports the Holm Center Commanders and Directors by providing technical assistance, fielding new information technology and initiatives, developing procedures across its portfolio, and managing selected central support functions to ensure successful mission accomplishment. The Directorate’s responsibilities include developing information technology and disseminating procedures, preparing personnel products and correspondence, providing technical assistance to the field, acquiring and maintaining facility infrastructure, and developing new programs that support Air University, Holm Center, and installation activities.

The Holm Center Support Prioritization Working Group and Executive Council are the primary means of synchronizing and prioritizing Holm Center support assets, functions, and resources to meet mission requirements. This management structure meets AFI requirements for a variety of support related boards by providing oversight, transparency, and records of Holm Center support prioritization decisions. It also provides a forum for Holm Center leaders at all levels to discuss competing priorities and interests to insure the best possible use of limited resources. This construct is designed to provide comprehensive and synchronized enterprise management, establish business rules for resource prioritization, and develop oversight of communications and information technology, facility management, and human resources programs.
